Notes:

(1)  Nippon Prologis REIT ("NPR") was incorporated through private placement at a price of 500,000 yen per unit.
(2)  New investment units were issued at a price of 550,000 yen per unit (531,300 yen after deduction of gross spread to underwriters) to raise funds for the acquisition of new properties.
(3)  New investment units were issued at a price of 763,420 yen per unit (739,271 yen after deduction of gross spread to underwriters) to raise funds for the acquisition of new properties.
(4)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended May 2013 in the amount of 1,418 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on July 12, 2013 and started payment on August 14, 2013.

(12)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended November 2014 in the amount of 579 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on January 19, 2015 and started payment on February 13, 2015.
(13)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended May 2015 in the amount of 576 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on July 15, 2015 and started payment on August 14, 2015.
(14)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended November 2015 in the amount of 483 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on January 19, 2016 and started payment on February 15, 2016.
(15)  New investment units were issued at a price of 231,574 yen per unit (223,894 yen after deduction of gross spread to underwriters) to raise funds for the repayment of borrowing for the acquisition of new properties.
(16)  New investment units were issued at a price of 223,894 yen per unit through third-party allotment to raise funds for the future acquisition of properties or the repayment of borrowings.
(17)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended May 2016 in the amount of 610 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on July 14, 2016 and started payment on August 15, 2016.
(18)  New investment units were issued at a price of 222,460 yen per unit (215,082 yen after deduction of gross spread to underwriters) to raise funds for the repayment of borrowing for the acquisition of new properties.
(19)  New investment units were issued at a price of 215,082 yen per unit through third-party allotment to raise funds for the future acquisition of properties or the repayment of borrowings.
(20)  Cash distributions for the fiscal period ended November 2016 in the amount of 514 yen per unit as return of capital. It was decided on January 17, 2017 and started payment on February 15, 2017.
(21)  New investment units were issued at a price of 227,850 yen per unit (220,386 yen after deduction of gross spread to underwriters) to raise funds for the repayment of borrowing for the acquisition of new properties.
(22)  New investment units were issued at a price of 220,386 yen per unit through third-party allotment to raise funds for the future acquisition of properties or the repayment of borrowings.
